Introduction

From time to time website users may not be satisfied that the website is meeting its privacy requirements as laid down in its Privacy Statement. In most cases the website user and the company are able to resolve the dispute swiftly and amicably. But in cases where the eTrust certified company and their website user are unable to find a satisfactory solution to a dispute then they may contact eTrust to have their complaint resolved.

Website users also have the right to contact us of their own accord without notifying the eTrust Certified company.

The dispute will be conducted in accordance to terms of our Liensee Agreement, the information provided by the certified company during the application process, and personal judgement.

Please note, eTrust only deals with disputes that have arisen from the privacy conduct of an eTrust certified website.
